The best of! Recorders, Chees & wine

The tradition is that the New Year is greeted enthusiastically. Praetorius will do so this year with a celebratory concert on Sunday the 16th of January at 15.30.
This will be a concert with many "golden oldies": music by Praetorius from our repertoire of the past 45 years. For our regular fans and groupies, this concert will be a feast of recognition. But for those less familiar with our repertoire, this afternoon will offer a varied program.
To make the party even better, you will be treated to cheese and wine whilst listening to the sounds of Praetorius.
You may have noticed that tickets cost more than our normal entrance price. We have a good reason for this: the proceeds of this concert are entirely for the "Piet Kunst instrument funds". To make beautiful music, we need good recorders. Most of the recorders which we play are not the property of the members, but of our ensemble. To keep all these recorders in good shape we need money. Occasionally we need to replace an instrument or buy an extra one. The "Piet Kunst Instrument Funds" covers both of these needs, but we do need to generate funds!
We hope to welcome you on January the 16th. You will enjoy cheese, wine and music whilst you support Praetorius' instrument funds.
